Project Mission:

Financial Literacy

Wallet Wisdom intended to expand our financial literacy workshop offerings for the future, continuing to support financial literacy education for teens at the library. Participants released an online survey and collected information on what teens do and don’t know about important financial literacy topics, and used that information to develop an interactive, teen-led workshop answering the most common questions teens have about money.

When you join your local library’s Teen Council, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and participate in a civic action project and implement positive change in your community. Projects form in September, but you may join anytime.
