Project Mission:

Financial Literacy

This project sought to increase financial literacy among people of all ages in our community through public events. Programs facilitated by the TLC teen participants included a peer-to-peer workshop on the basics of investing, an author event by Dan Sheeks (First To A Million: A Teenager’s Guide to Early Financial Independence), and a budgeting play-based workshop for school-aged children led by educators from Premier America Credit Union.
